The "Stop and Frisk" Epidemic
The Chelsea Reform Democratic Club is proud to host a community forum discussing New York City’s ‘Stop and Frisk’ program. Its intentions were to fight terror, yet is now used against the young growing up in the heart of our Chelsea neighborhood. Panelists include Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer and Desiree Lassiter, a criminal defense attorney with Bronx Defenders Organization.
